Threw out old boxes,
Regrets and photographs,
Empty pockets and lockets,
Dusty emotions within.
I look at the past,
With a certain longing,
Digging through memories,
That have yet to be exposed.
I look at these regrets,
These pains of a reality unknown,
As I reach desperately for a future,
I'm longing for.
