There is need for you to visit that someone,
To pay homage to where you came from.
A need to see the ones that shaped you once again,
A need to honor them before it is too late.

There is need to attend that meeting you overlook,
To cross that boundary you fear most.
A need to push on for those goals to be achieved,
A need to set the pace and run the race.

There is need to tell that special one,
Whose person you cannot resist,
A need to say the words you need to say,
A need to unrest those feelings at bay.

There is need to fulfill all you have to while you can,
To turn away from intentional pain and confusion.
A need to forgive where it hurts,
A need to love instead of hate.

There is need for you to be you,
Not to pretend but at the same time not to be seen as a fool,
A need to live your life according to God's will,
A need to remember that after now,
You will pay up as at when due.
