And then I woke up
My life was a dream
I once had everything
and anything
that I could ever want or need
then one day
I woke up
and no longer had I been blessed with the power of deflection
my rapidly growing pale complexion told me all i needed to know
i knew I was going to die
at my own hands
I knew the blood spilling out of me
was a significant thing
but i decided to do nothing about it
i told her i loved her
said goodbye to the sad girl in the mirror
