A message received,
in a cryptic script,
was it a pulse, or noise,
baffling scientific community?
Radio waves travelled,
from distant galaxies,
detected by the telescopes,
gathered with larger antenna.

The best of the minds,
joined hands to decipher,
this code, of cosmic scale,
finding ways, to solve the puzzle.
From physics to mathematics,
every elements of the science,
nothing remain untouched,
in the unraveling, of its mystery.

And days passed, weeks changed,
breakthroughs, really hard to come,
so, more brains were requested,
from super computers to students.
And then, a clue was shared,
from an anonymous user,
opening gates of the treasures,
hidden inside jumbled symbols.

They were aware...
It might just be a hoax,
yet, the prospects were bright,
learning secrets, of the universe.
So, keys were used for the locks,
opening message, sent lightyear ago,
received only for a fraction of seconds,
yet, they meant something significant.

And the team read the information,
but were shocked, of its content,
making a pact, of remaining silent,
they hid the files, deeper in the storage.
Years passed, the case was forgotten,
a young journalist, visits an elderly person,
writing a short article, in mystery section,
from unsolved scientific conundrum.

" Sir, can you share any experience,
that you could remember?" He asked...
She declined, with a gentle smile,
" It wasn't, what we thought, it would be..."
" I don't understand " He looked nonplussed,
" We didn't either" Her eyes drifted towards the sky...
" Quantum entanglement indeed"
