DARK AND SILENT NIGHTS
It seems that they say something,
To make us realize,
What we have been through,
These dark and silent nights,
Are the hardest to get through,
The loneliest and scariest to live through,
Once it seems even harder,
But somehow you can get through them,
With all the worries you have,
And the unwanted memories,
Of the forgotten worries,
A difficult time of the year,
When the nights are scary,
Everything from the past,
Sits next to you with itself,
As if you need it to go on,
Through such dark, long nights,
But whatever you do
You have to go through these nights,
Alone and all alone,
Because no one will accompany you,
On such dark and silent nights.
