I looked at the star, wondering where you are,
Even the stars are together, but I can't be with you, it's bizarre.
The stars shine bright in the night,
But you're not here, out of sight.
They disappear in the morning light,
But you're always on my mind, day and night.
I'll wait for you, no matter what,
But you keep looking at me, like a long-lost thought.
So here I am, gazing at the stars above,
Wishing for the day when we'll be together, in love.
