Annalise That
Annalise that:

Art
For art’s sake
Where’s the mystery
In that
Is this not our true purpose
Creation our reason for being
Dyslexia a wondrous gift
A kaleidoscopic
Mishmash of words and imagery
Clashing in my mind
Like protons in a Hadron Collider
Purposeful but chaotic
My Mission
To make sense of it all
Information meets art
I love the process
The premise first
Plucked out of thin air
Sometimes no idea of the origin
The image next
Inspiration instant
You know when you know
The art it speaks to me
A hidden communication
Offline dialogue
Analog and beyond the digital
Pure and unadulterated
Text in snack bites
Aleatory writing
Bowie and Burroughs like
Random cohesiveness
I write how it comes to me
Otherworldly to some
Making sense to me
Do you get the point
Art is for the Soul first
Getting it all off my chest
Cascading from my mind
And down onto the MAC
Spellcheck
A Dyslexic’s lifeline in red
Grammarly not needed
Nothing
Grammatically correct
In my work
A Japanese haiku
In long form
Telling a story
Via haphazard words
And arbitrary thoughts
Downloaded from years
Of over thinking
Can you
