Rays of Hope
Ever have one of those days
somberness settling in
shadows of darkness
absorbing all light within
That was my yesterday’s
melancholic reflection,
but today’s morning walk
offered a new direction
Rays of Hope raining
down from the sky,
redirecting light
to the one most high
During this
most holy of weeks,
Rays of Hope radiate
from the highest of peaks
For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish, but have eternal life. — John 3:16 (NIV)
For I know the plans I have for you declares the Lord, plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future. — Jeremiah 29:11 (NIV)
