Crimson Veil...
I see Red, a hue that whispers secrets,
A clandestine language woven into scarlet threads.
It dances on the edge of twilight,
Where shadows birth their enigmatic offspring.

In the heart of a forgotten forest,
I stumbled upon a crimson door,
Its paint chipped, hinges rusted,
Yet it beckoned with a siren's allure.

Behind that portal, time unraveled,
And I stepped into a realm askew,
Where gravity played dice with reason,
And logic pirouetted in crimson ballet shoes.

The trees wore vermilion leaves,
Each one a parchment etched with riddles,
Their veins pulsed like forgotten memories,
And the wind carried echoes of forbidden spells.

I met a peculiar creature a Scarlet Whimsy
Its eyes kaleidoscopes of mischief,
It whispered secrets in syllables unknown,
And spun tales of love lost and madness found.

"Seek the Ruby Labyrinth," it said,
"Where desire and danger intertwine,
But beware the Crimson Mirage
For it reveals truths that unmake the mind."

I followed the winding path, heart pounding,
And there it stood... a labyrinth of blood,
Its walls pulsated, veins throbbing,
And whispers echoed like forgotten vows.

At the center, a single red rose bloomed,
Its petals aflame, scent intoxicating,
But as I reached for its forbidden beauty,
The twist unfurled...a revelation unsettling.

The rose was no rose; it was my own heart,
Beating crimson confessions, ancient and raw,
And the petals whispered my deepest secret:
"I am the keeper of forgotten love."

Now I wander, a wanderer in scarlet,
Haunted by the truth that binds me,
For I see Red—the color of passion and pain,
And within it, the labyrinth of my own undoing.

" The twist lies hidden within the heart of the poem. Beware, dear reader, for not all is as it seems. " By the way did you find the twist..??!
