The sound of the stadium's roar,
Resonates with every four,
Down the pitch,
Over the arm,
Cricket has its own charm

With every movement that is made,
You can hear hushed breaths,
See eyes shifting,
Fingers clutching,
Faces twisting and
Even feel all the stagnating tension in the air,
Until the stadium erupts into a soul crushing roar once again.

Yes, indeed,
Cricket has its own charm.
