In stillness , i find healing
Quiet moments allow my heart to open
In silence , i let my soul awaken
Peaceful healing , my soul is taken
I breathe deeply , letting thoughts release
Laying down worries ,finding inner peace
My heart is lighter , filled with calmness
My mind is clearer , full of insights
I see myself , in a whole new light
Healing through self reflection , a new found sight
With a pen in hand , i reflect on past days
Turning each page , to find new ways
My heart feels warmer , am at peace within
I let go of what i've held within
The sun shines down , i feel it's warmth
A breeze blows by , i feel it's force
My healing journey has just begun
