"I walk alone, in endless night,
No ray of hope, no spark of light.
I feel no joy, I feel no pain,
My world is void, I'm lost in vain.
"I seek a spark, I seek the sun,
But I'm in dark, my race is run.
I hear no sound, I feel no touch,
I am unbound, my spirit crushed.
"My world is black, my world is bleak,
My soul is cracked, I cannot speak.
My hope is gone, I'm all alone,
I walk along, to nowhere's home.
"My soul is void, my mind is blank,
My life destroyed, a sinking tank.
The world is cold, I cannot feel,
My heart is sold, my life's surreal.
"My world is blank, I cannot see,
There's no romance, no poetry.
I feel no love, I feel no hate,
My life's a glove, that's growing late.
"I'm caught in space, a timeless trap,
My life is chaste, without a snap.
I'm drifting on, without a sail,
My heart is gone, there's no detail.
"The hours creep, the minutes crawl,
My days are deep, within a wall.
My heart is cold, my soul is numb,
My life is old, a fading drum.
"My thoughts are dark, my mind's a maze,
I see no spark, no winning phrase.
The night is deep, without a star,
My heart is weak, I've gone too far.
