The day begins with filtered light.
The sky does brighten from the night
The birds and creatures start to bustle.
Hear the leaves as breezes rustle.

A quiet time to think and be.
What matters most inside of ye?
Is it something that gives you
A boost in Spirit towards what’s True?

The Truth is what will matter most.
Cuts through lies that are verbose.
Lies distort the paths of thought.
They lead to ways that are pain fraught.

Peace is not a fiery speech.
Peace gives light to all we meet.
Peace becomes a way of life
A harmony of all that’s right!

Peaceful folks, we all must vote.
Don’t stay at home, put on your coat.
November winds, winter begins.
I pray God helps us all to win.

Transitions can be smooth or rough.
To look for Truth, helps you be tough.
Experience life upon this world
And see how God’s Truth is unfurled.

Thank You, Father, I’m aware
Of how short my vision. So, I beware
Of expectations in my time.
Your plan will bring forth the Divine.
