I wish I died
I wish I lived
I wish I could fly
But I don't know why.
I wish I could speak out
I wish I was left alone
To live as I want
But I often wonder why.
I wish I understood
the psyche of people's mind
their underlying venom
to strike and destroy.
I wish I could rewind time
to re live my childhood
I wish my parents were alive and everything was good.
I wish I were young again
carefree without worries
with the lone responsibility
of studying well
and no other burden to carry.
