In the depths of despair, I find my soul,
Lost in the turmoil, seeking to be whole.
Emotions run deep, like a turbulent sea,
But I hold onto hope, for I long to be free.
The tears may fall, like rain from the sky,
But I'll find the strength, to lift my head high.
For within me lies a flame, burning bright,
Guiding me through the darkness, towards the light.
So I'll face my fears, and confront the pain,
Knowing that healing will come, like a gentle rain.
I'll seek understanding, and embrace my truth,
For in my vulnerability, I'll find my youth.
So let me be heard, and let me be seen,
For my struggles are real, and my heart is keen.
I'll journey through this storm, with courage and grace,
And emerge stronger, with a newfound embrace.
