Frankenstein Heart
Etched into the patterns of his skin,
Lies the scars and stories found within,
It's time to tell a tale of might,
One that seemed tragic at the moment's time.....
There once lived a man covered in fears,
He hid his face to disguise his tears,
Longing to let his emotions free,
Conflicted by his past he lived to pay the fee.....
His face of anguish,
His eyes of storm,
His voiceless language,
His broken heart.....
Once rejected,
Once misjudged,
Once innocent,
Once unloved.....
He traveled on a quest to find,
That humanity has a narrow mind,
And so he took himself to stand,
In the shadows of a lonely land,
Where all that was seen was a tattered heart,
Held together by worn stitches that would surely fall apart,
And so he was taught,
That he had none other than a Frankenstein heart.....
But at least he could live and feel,
And understand what in this world was truly real.....
