I can see that she's bleeding from wounds buried deep inside,
Although she uses her laughter to disguise the pain behind her saddened eyes.
But with every laugh, I can hear a silent cry,
cause the pain she carries, somehow refuses to die.

And in the silence of her smile, there's a world untold,
Where she hides the wounds, buried deep in her soul.
Yet with every laugh, there's a shield she's trying to find,
To disguise the pain, within her eyes confined.

Though she dances in the light, still her spirit's bruised,
Cause underneath the surface, scars are still infused.
And so with every jest, a cry for help she sends,
While inside the laughter, her pain she does pretend.

Inside the echoes of her joy, there's a silent plea,
For someone to see beyond what is plain to see.
Though her laughter rings out, with a melody so sweet,
It masks inside the wounds, too deep to defeat.

Yet in the depths of her eyes, the truth is very clear,
All the pain she carries, and the wounds she bears.
So let us listen with hearts open wide,
To the silent cries behind all the laughter in disguise
Because somewhere deep inside, lies the strength to heal, and the courage needed, to once again rise.!!
