Depression Seeping
depression seeping in
the light has faded
trying to figure out this life,
feeling like I am jaded,
lack of hope,
lack of laughter,
I want to smile but no desire,
the darkness takes over and I lose all control,
I think time has finally taken its toll,
how to feel better?
so I can feel free?
from this life of hurt and misery,
to take off this mask and just put it away,
Just patiently waiting for the moment to arrive,
so I can be happy on the inside,
instead I dream about it,
with the little hope I got left.
