I try to find my once white sneakers
But I remember I lost them at the bar
Got so drunk last night
I lost it and got in a really nasty fight
So barefoot I proceed to walk
I get to the mirror, I take a look and I start to cheap-talk.

Oh, how hysterical it was to watch you try
To fend off that big fellow, with his muscles so buff and wide.
You could've just said hello, but instead you put on a show,
Throwing jabs like a wild buffoon, though you barely could stand toe-to-toe.

But now, you're here to lick your wounds,
A bruise on your face, your pride confounds.
You say you were drunk, but we all know the truth,
You lost the fight, you big goof.
So go on, wander about barefoot and tipsy,
Pretending you're tough,
though you're clearly quite whimpy.
We know the real story, so don't even try,
To hide your defeat beneath a drunken lie.
