Let's climb the stairway to the moon,
Then sit and view the beauty of earths' blue lagoon,
The moon will guide us as we go wander along,
With love beside us to fill the night with a song
two songs the birds besides us sang, as if the knew the deeper blues,
to sing and howl at the break of noon, we silence the snake-like sounds of death,
two lovers sitting at the shade of moon, shifting shapes of you oh death,
to fade away,
the darkness shades what we can't fled.
