I sit here thinking of all I have to be grateful for,
The sun is shining I look around in total awe.
It really is a beautiful world we live in if you open your eyes,
So much more beauty then most people ever realise.
Just stop what your doing and right now and look around,
Look carefully there's always perfection to be found.
Easier said then done but stop living in the past,
Without our focus the pain we relive just can't last.
And who cares if tomorrow is not what we planned,
There's more going on here then we could ever understand.
So do me a favour just take a deep breath and let go,
Look around and forget all that you think you know.
