In my black skin and I'm proud of my race
despite what they say, I'm still in first place
they would shoot & kill black boys & black girls
because of our black skin, we're changing the world.
Our black skin is what they hate and despise
though they know that we're all angels in disguise
I'm in my black skin and I'm loving my race
when I'm out in the world, I'm seen as a disgrace.
