Harmony in the Three Gunas: Understanding the Significance of Sattva, Rajas, and Tamas
Satva, Rajas, and Tamas are the three gunas through which the lives of all Jeev Atmas are determined.
We have to strive by surrendering to the divine so that it not only balances out the three gunas within us but also guides us to execute the required guna as per the situation demands.
Thus, sometimes you need gentleness as it depicts satva, many times you need activity with passion as it depicts rajas, and in adverse situations, you have to be ignorantly ferocious as it depicts tamas.
The only underlined factor is that it should be taken into account for establishing righteousness, or dharma.
