The realization

The trees are green and the sky is clear blue.
the clouds change their shapes as they move.
wind is soft and gentle on the skin,
that sun's warmth forces me to grin.
People smile and wave as they walk by
birds chirp and chatter as they fly.
How crazy is it that we notice all of the little things,
when our faces are thrust into the world and away from the screen.
A deep conversation with a loved one
or a long walk on the beach with my son.
If it all crashes what would your world be like? would you then take the time to enjoy it? Or protest and strike?
the world is bold, beautiful and large
so don't wait for the computers to crash to go out and take charge.
