The story of life,
Is a work in progress,
Success or strife,
You're allowed to digress.
As a game with start and finish,
Everyone has to play their part
Whether they like or do not wish
Irrespective of journey they embark.
The beginning seems to be lot of fun
Then getting bored after half the run.
The end might be a victory to come
But also it can be equally tiresome.
Whatever and however Life treats,
We have to bow and retreat.
Living each moment at our best
Till we are finally put to rest.
