Sorrow and sunshine

Although it's difficult today to see beyond the sorrow,
May looking back in memory help comfort you tomorrow.
The pain and hurt that weighs you down
May seem too much for you to bear
But remember, time moves on
And healing will come, I swear.
Grief is a journey, a winding road
And in the midst of it, we may lose hope
But if we look back and remember,
The happier moments, the times we treasure
We'll find some solace, some respite
From the darkness that seems endless tonight.
For in our memories, we can find

And though they're gone, their love lives on, at no cost.
So in the midst of your tears and pain
Let your memories be a guiding flame
That leads you to a brighter tomorrow
Where the sun will rise, and dispel the sorrow.
Take comfort in the memories, hold them close
For they're the treasures that matter most
And although it's hard to see right now
Trust me, time will heal, somehow.
So although it's difficult today
