I wake up each day to a world so torn .
But still i pray , for hope is born.
I hear bombs. , the sirens , the screams .
And still i hope for brighter dreams .
My faith is strong , despite the strife.
And still i dream of a better life .
Despite the hatred, the violence , the fear.
I cling to hope , my faith so dear .
Allah is my strength, in darkest night .
My comfort in harshest fight.
With every prayer , i find my peace .
And finding my faith can never cease .
For though the world can be unkind .
My spirit shines , my soul refined .
I'll keep on hoping , keep on dreaming .
And in my heart , a light is beaming .
Though darkness falls,the light within will guide me , where hope begins .
