In the mirror of life, I see my reflection,
A soul in need of healing, a heart in need of connection.
I've been the cause, the storm within the calm,
A tempest that shook the peace, a reason for alarm.
But in this moment, I choose to mend,
To be the change, to be my own friend.
For I understand, in this journey we partake,
Sometimes, I am the problem that needs to break.
With every breath, I mend the cracks,
Repair the ruins, and fix the acts.
A journey of self-discovery, a path of growth,
A quest for love, for peace, for self-worth.
