The day I first saw you,
Didn't know that fate will lead us through,
This path of strangers to friends to finally Me and You.
I tell you, I was not a person to fall for anyone,
But you did something that made me finally find my someone.
From going separately to going together,
Oh, with you pleasant becomes every weather!
Your smile and the eye contact,
Oh, they're engraved in my heart,
You're my life's favorite part.
I've never written a poem like this for someone, mind you,
So if you're halfway here reading through,
Let me present to you a little reminder that I love you!
You see, I've got attached,
And never wanna detach.
You're stuck with me,
You can walk out of my life,
But I'd still be stuck with you in my memories,
You see, this bond is to infinity.
Now don't say maybe,
Cause you always say it,
And literally annoy me.
But hey, I know we'll go separate ways in life,
We'll get busy fighting off life's strifes.
And maybe we won't be together,
And pleasant won't be the weather.
But I really want us to work out still,
I know I'm sounding desperate,
But I'm being honest,
Don't want to separate.
Till whatever end we are together,
Be it 1 year or two or more,
Let's hope that we love eachother to our core.
This was all from my side,
I'm, through this poem, telling you that you're mine,
I won't ask cause I know you're already my valentine.
Just one more thing before I go,
Please don't forget me,
When the future comes.
