After finishing interview
on a good note and
getting appreciated
by the Interviewer:

HR's reply: we'll get back to
you within 7days

Candidate's thought: thank god!
everything went well.
it's gonna work this time.
(like bouncing off the walls)

meanwhile they never get back to you.
why would they even bother ?
you never know when those
seven days become seven weeks.

can't just send a small mail
as a response? that says,
'Your candidature is not proceeding
for further process'

I know, you guys are kind
but a small response won't take much time.
