Brain versus Mind versus Consciousness
The brain is a biological organ that has the capability of processing various forms of information that you feed it. The faster the information is processed, the better your intellect. That's why all enlightened beings are found to have much more information than beings back in the evolutionary stage.

The mind is seen as the memory or karmic impression that flows throughout the different levels of the body, whether gross or subtle. The mind is collectively known as the karmic account or the sanchita that a person holds. From the colour of your skin to the tendencies of your likings and dislikings, the individualistic nature of a particular mind is represented.

Consciousness (turya) is beyond the body and the mind, which means it is beyond any sort of memory, information, knowledge, qualities, etc. That's the reason why we don't call it your consciousness or my consciousness, because it is the consciousness that we are all part of. It cannot be defined because it is the supreme divine.
