Amy saw the two of them come in and called out to Darren, "Over here honey, we saved you seats." Den looked crossly at Darren, " So this was your plan, you fucked my mind up just so you could spend time with yo girl?" Darren grinned apologetically, "Hehe, bro you know me well" and they sat.
Alyssa turned to Den and looked him full in the eye, "So haven't seen you around lately, what you been upto?". "Work", Den shrugged, "freelancing is troublesome, I create websites and I also write articles for the Daily News, it's tiresome.", she rolled her eyes away from him, they had cold shouldered each other for so long, they both knew they had a flame in their hearts for each other, if they let their flames fuse, it would become a lasso of love, but they never did. "How many times do we have to meet on pretext of schizophrenic non existent people Den?", she asked.
Den woke up with a start. He had been having such weird dreams again, that's why everyone had asked him not to run afoul of Nolan's films. He pinched himself to ensure that he was real, yawned and got out of his dorm bed. The night was finally over and it was time to welcome the dawn.
