Everyone is struggling in life one way or other
Suffering from depression,anxiety, comparing themselves to others
Once there a girl,who was like my big sister,my mentor
She was a happy go lucky girl,we loved playing twister
One day,I accidentally saw her scars on her arm
At first,for me it was quite an alarm
That day,we truly saw one another
We,like others were on an ocean of suffer
That day we both made the promise "no more cuts!"
On inside we were broken,on outside we were the crazy nuts
Suddenly,one morning,I had this wierd feeling
That something is gonna go downhill
I received a text from her"I love you with my heart and soul,but I can't do this anymore! please don't forget me..don't quit......"
I was in tears,she said she won't quit ,she swore!!
Went to her house,found her lying in her own pool of blood!
I rushed to her,got down on my knees with thud.
I called ambulance,but it was no use
She had left me  alone in this world of abuse
I cried and cried until I was numb
Stayed beside her in state of a garbage dumb
To one who is reading this, always know that you are loved!,you are a survivor!,you are not a burden,there is someone who will always be there for you no matter what!,we are in this together,you are worthy of everything!!!
