Never underestimate silent people,they may be a lot more sarcastic on the inside.

Today,when I was relaxed sipping my daily coffee,reading the newspaper,my wife came excited.

She said,
"Look,there's the ad for a dog in the 4th page.Please,..we can purchase it.."

I knew she loved dogs,she was usually silent,calm,still I tried to make her angry.I asked.

"Why do we need a dog here.?"

She replied instantly.
"I know you are here..but you may have to go for work after lockdown.You will not be there all the time."

I was like,..I couldn't even find a reason to counter it..

I had to apply loads of ice on that burn.
