In the stillness of the morning,
As the sun begins to rise,
I find solace in the gentle flow,
Of my yoga practice, as I close my eyes.
My body bends and stretches,
As I breathe in harmony with the earth,
And I feel my mind begin to calm,
As I shed the weight of my own worth.
The rhythm of my breath connects me,
To the rhythm of the world around,
And I feel a sense of oneness,
As I become one with the ground.
The leaves rustle in the gentle breeze,
And birds chirp their morning song,
As I move through each pose with grace,
And I am reminded that I belong.
Yoga is not just a practice for my body,
But a way to heal my mind and soul,
It connects me to nature and to others,
As we all seek to make our hearts whole.
