Highway Serenade
On vast highways, beneath the expansive sky,
We journeyed, the wind a waltz, in love's embrace, Amidst the flurry, I spoke of blossoms fair, Their fleeting beauty, ensnared in summer's breath.

He paused then, our swift voyage halted, A moment seized, a tender, gentle pause. Beside the roadside where wildflowers dance free, As I spoke of my love for flowers, in that same breath, Expressing how their beauty fills me with depth, He plucked a tiny flower, a token of love gifted to me .

In his gaze, a sparkle, in his palm, a bloom, A gesture small, yet dispelled all shadows. For in that act, love's pure essence found, A roadside blossom, with boundless joy abound.

Tears of elation, like morning dew, adorned my cheek, His kindness, words could never convey. For in that fleeting instant, on life's sprawling path, He sowed seeds of love, destined to endure.

We both cherish long Highway bike rides,
Our hearts entwined with every turn we take.
In the rush of the wind and the hum of the road, Our love deepens, as we journey on together.

So let the world whirl by, in its frenzied chase,
In love's memories, we discover our sacred refuge. For on that highway, beneath the cerulean canopy, A solitary flower flourished, and tears of bliss took flight.
