It was in 2003,photocopy machines were not so common back then,especially in our college town.

I heard Vishal messing with a junior student ,when i was waiting for him at the canteen section.The matter for dispute was that the boy tried to steal one GK Sharma 's guide from Vishal's bag.

Vishal had 5 such guides,3 of them earmarked for his freinds including Me.,and 2 of them to resale and manage a decent pocket income for friday's movie night.GK Sharma guide was not available in our city,and there was always a hype for the professors recommendation.Vishal managed to get those guides with the help of his elder brother who stays at city.

I intervened and advocated for the boy.I promised Vishal,that i will pay for the book.What the boy did was not right ,snatching away was not advocable...but maybe it was for learning..and maybe he couldn't afford it.

Vishal turned his red face to me.He said it was people like me who helps breed such negative habits.But later he thought i was right.He allowed the boy one guide.

Vishal had to carry 3 books upstairs,as i asked him whether i should accompany him,the boy was already ready to help him carry the books.

I looked at them as they disappeared through stairs.The boy and Vishal moving up with guides.Then i thought,Vishal didn't took money from Me either..
