Bees
so drunk on blossoming flowers' nectar
blindly bumping into clear glass windows
like birds in flight
blinded by summer sunlight
they too, fly into
buildings constructed of glass
then blindly falling down dead.
How are they to know?
it's so clear to you and I
a glass pane
glistening in the sunlight
is a danger to
so many birds & bees in flight
nobody tells them, hey
little buzzing bees 🐝🐝 & birds 🐦🕊️
those clear glass windows
shinning bright in the sunlight
in your path ahead - look out!!
you can't fly through them if you do you'll surely come to an end.
How are they to know?
It's up to mankind
to change our approach to construction
consider their needs and of nature
as well as our own
we all have to live on this earth 🌍
let's make it the best we can...
