Our days are like blossoms in several ways
Feelings are allowed to be maintained over time
As though they were roses in full bloom….

Is it feelings or is it values we hold?
Is it feelings we don’t understand?
Or, is it a value that’s been ignored?

Each day we live
and go through the motions,
builds feelings into values
we hold so true.

Each day that passes by,
each task we perform along the way,
builds creation in life
in ways we don’t know.

Like roses that bloom
and shed the petals,
just to build something new,
to continue to brighten days.
