From time to time go back to your old chapters, read lines from your stories, sink in beautiful memories, go back as a visitor, go through lines that once were thoughts and emotions, but now they are only shadows of pieces of what you are now, explore your old self as if your are looking to a dear friend and notice the differences, write down the things you wish to keep carrying, what you miss the most, what you are proud you have outgrown, be amazed of how some paths were magically drown, cherich how your breakdowns didn't kill you, go back in your dark days to realize you have always survived, and in your glorious ones to humble yourself that nothing is permanent, and promise it you will just keep growing..
