When are my musings about you going to come to an end?
When will my longing for you be fulfilled?

You have no idea how much this bothers me.
Like shadows whispering secrets, an unbroken plea.

When will these thoughts of you finally cease to flow?
In silence my heart aches, calling out for you to know.

Days stretch endlessly shadowed by a longing flame,
Each moment without you whispers softly your name.

I pen these musings yet they feel like chains,
Bound in the echoes where only heartache remains.

The clock ticks slowly, time dulls every bright hue,
Haunted by the absence of the warmth I once knew.

Hope dances lightly teasing like a fleeting dream,
Yet reality rushes in like a cruel cold stream.

Your laughter is a melody that haunts my mind,
In every crowded space your ghost I still find.

If only you could sense my heart’s fervent plea,
Would you halt my suffering, set this longing free?

This ache is relentless as tides crash on the shore,
Will I find solace or yearn forevermore?

Torn between desire and the shadows of doubt,
When will the answers bloom, revealing love’s route?

Here I dwell in musings that never tire,
Desiring the moment when my soul can retire.
