I Was Laughing
I was laughing at myself the other day
feeling so good that the pain went away
through laughter and joy, I found my peace
by laughing again, I could finally release.
Laughter gave me the chance to be strong
I woke up this morning and sang a new song
allowing myself the chance to be weak
I can see the laughter pouring down my cheeks.
