Routine Blues
Morning light creeps in,
Coffee brews, the same old song,
Chairs wear dust like dreams—
Outside the world spins brighter,
Adventure whispers her name.
She tired of her day-to-day routine,
With mornings that echoed, a mundane scene.
Time crawled by, each hour a chain,
Binding her spirit, causing her pain.
Beneath endless gray,
She sighs at the clock's cruel tick,
In her heart, a spark—
Wanderlust can’t be contained,
Life’s canvas waits, brush in hand.
