Lia stood at the door, shocked to see not only Bianca, but her manager as well.

Lia: What are they doing here?

Noah: Why don't you guys come in and have a seat!

Once everyone was settled Bianca turned to look at Lia.

Bianca: Lia, I'm so sorry about all of this. I know this whole media circus must have been really tough for you. When Noah introduced you as his secretary, I didn't think there was anything else between you two. I never would have asked him to leave you alone like that if I had known!

Noah: I guess that's my fault. I just wanted to respect Lia's wishes and keep our relationship quiet for now. But I should have trusted Binaca, as a friend, to keep our secret!

Bianca: Now the media has just blown everything so far out of proportion. And I feel like you deserve to know why!

Lia: What do you mean?

Binaca: Well, I have a private situation that's going on and I needed Noah's help. But I didn't want the other guests to know!

Noah: You don't have to do this. Lia and I talked. She's ok. She knows that she's the only women I love!

Bianca: It's ok, Noah. You've had nothing but good things to say about her, I'm sure she'll keep my secret. Right Lia? !

Lia: Nothing you say will leave this room, Bianca!

Bianca: Thank You!

Bianca took a deep breath before speaking again. Lia noticed her eyes had brightened with unshed tears.

Bianca: Back when Noah and I were in college, I had a serious boyfriend . He was wonderful at first. Winning and dining with me, buying me anything I wanted. I thought we'd be together forever!

Lia: So, What happened?

Bianca: He had a very dark side to him , a jelouse streak that made him violent if he thought I was showing interest in other guys. Noah convinced me to eventually leave him, but it was hard .... and scary. He stalked me for a while. He would leave notes on my car or send a single white rose to the office where I worked. It was a long time before I really felt safe, even after he finally left me alone!

Lia: That's so awful, Bianca. I'm sorry!

Bianca: It was, but I hadn't from him in years .... until last night!

Lia: What?

Bianca: He must have heard about my award because he showed up at the banquet that night!

Lia: Oh no! That's scary!

Bianca: It was. I was very frightened. That's why I asked Noah to stay with me for the rest of the night!

Manager: I called the police as soon as we realized he'd slipped by security. Bianca understandably wanted to leave as soon as possible, But I had to stay and wait to give a statement!

Bianca: So, Noah was kind enough to take me back to the hotel, and of course, you know you know the rest!

Lia: Thank You for telling, Bianca. I'm really sorry you went through all of that!

Bianca: Me too, but good friends like Noah and now you, make it a lot easier to deal with!

Noah: Bianca, you really should hire some bodyguards, just relying on local security teams isn't enough anymore. Not with how famous you've become!

Manager: Oh, trust me, we're way ahead of you. I've started accepting resumes for bodyguards!

Noah: Good!

Bianca: There's something else, that I wanted talk to you guys about!

Lia noticed a slight change in her tone.

Lia: That doesn't sound good!

Noah: What is it Bianca?

Bianca: I really hate that all of this happened right before the launch of your new line and our partnership. It's all my fault, and I'm going to give a press release this afternoon, but -

Lia: But what?

Bianca: I think we should dissolve our partnership!

Lia: No, that wasn't your fault, Bianca!

Manager: You two don't have to worry, we will absorb all of the losses so that your company is not affected by this!

Noah: That's not the point!

Bianca: Noah, I think this is the best so that aren't any more rumors about you and me that could hurt Lia!

Lia: You're doing this because of me?

Bianca: Well, yeah of course. I feel like I've already caused enough problems for you two!

Noah: Well, if that's what you think is best!

Bianca: But I really hope this doesn't affect our friendship!

Lia: Of course not!

Bianca: Ok good!

Bianca breathed a sigh of relief.

Bianca: Well, I suppose we should be off and leave you guys to it, then!

Lia and Noah gave Binaca quick hugs and said their goodbyes as they left.

Noah: Well, it's certainly been so stressful for the past few days, but I think we can finally relax now!

Lia: That sounds nice. I'll be so glad when things get closer to normal for us!

Noah: Mee too. It's a shame that this still newsworthy. I'd love to be able to take you somewhere. But that doesn't mean we can't still enjoy ourselves together!

Lia: Oh really? What did you have in mind?

Noah: I have a little surprise for you!

Lia: Noah, what is it?

Noah: Come on, follow me and you'll see!

She followed Noah into the bedroom. He walked over to the closet and pulled out a bag with a designer label on it.

Lia: Noah, what is this?

Noah: Open it and see!

She took the bag from him and started pulling out the contents.

Lia: They're swimsuits. Really beautiful swimsuits. But where will we swim? I thought we couldn't leave the penthouse!

Noah spreads into a wide, mischievous grin.

Noah: Then I guess it's a good thing that I have a private rooftop pool just for you and me!

Lia: Are you serious?

Noah: I bought you a few swimsuits so that you can go there and swim any time you'd like!

Lia: Noah, this is incredible. I sometimes forget how wealthy Noah really is!

Noah: I'll let you get changed and meet you on the rooftop, ok?

Lia: Sounds good, I'll see you ina minute!

Noah grabbed his own swim tucks and left the room so she couod change!

She took one last week in the mirror before she heard excitedly upstairs to the roof.

Lia: Oh my! I didn't expect the pool to be so huge. Noah, this is so beautiful. And we're all alone? No one else might come?

Noah: Of course not. This is our private pool, beautiful!

Noah winked and then ran and does a cannonball into the pool. He came up laughing as he pushed the hair out of his eyes.

Lia: Oh god, he's so handsome. And that body .....

She unconsciously but her lips as her eyes raked over her handsome boyfriend, droplets of water dropping from his pecs and abs.

Noah: What are you waiting for? It's a heated pool, amd the water feels amazing. Besides, I want to see how wet you can get in that swimsuit!

Noah gave a sly wink and smiled seductively.

Lia: He's definitely challenging me!

Lia backed up as far as she could before she took off running at full speed. Just as she leaped into the air, she noticed the shock and fear in his eyes.

Lia: Ahah, Got him!

She hit the water with a huge splash that washed over Noah, As she came up, Noah was laughing and pushing the water back towards her. Noah swam over to her and pulled her close to him.

Noah: You look so graceful and beautiful when you swim, love!

She blushed as Noah leaned down to kiss her. His hands began roaming through her body, awakening get desires as hse deepened the kiss. Noah gently backed her against the wall of the pool, pressing against her so they she could feel his own arousal.

Lia: Come on, let's take one more lap around the pool before we go in. I bet you can't beat me!

Noah: You're on!

She shrieked as Noah lifted her off her feet and pulled her behind him, giving himself a head start. They both laughed and enjoyed the pool and each other for a little longer.

Several days go by and things finally started to die down. Lia and Noah grew closer, and she felt happier than she ever had before. She sat at her desk working while Noah was at a meeting when suddenly her phone started ringing.

Lia: Unknown number? Who could that be?

Warily, she pressed the answer the button.

ON CALL WITH THE UNKNOWN NUMBER:

Lia: Hello?

Unknown: Hello Lia.

Lia: Oh, hi Molly. I'm sorry I didn't recognize your number!

Molly: It's fine, I was just calling because I need you to meet me today at noon. We need to talk!

Lia: Oh well, alright. I'll just check in with Noah first and-

Molly: No don't tell Noah anything!

Lia: Oh what could she want to meet with me about that she wants to keep a secret from Noah?
