second chance
oh! I was this close,
and he came like a dove.

just in a twinkle,
all occured like a riddle.

you seem to have control,
but just too fast to hold.

like a rolling stone,
it's coming and coming , then gone.

yet pulled out of the dark,
you never slipped into that land.

you feel it's a rebirth,
or attornment for guilt.

bitterness and darkness emerged,
then a sudden light breaks forth.

much comes to the mind,
even promises of all kinds.

snares, errors and my evil days,
won't put me down again, I say.

soonest I fall backward,
as if there was no reward.

now I tend to vanities,
not even chaste things.

such are not often absent,
like trials and test.

which comes to the best,
and evenly breaks their chest.

since what accounts,
is response to his sound.

we can now pause,
to back our faults.

not to be perfect ones,
but close to it's course.
