The saucer & I
old time relation
sweet & little smoky
with time I mix
water boiling & sugar waiting
the king silent, the queen observing
who is what? tea, sugar and water.
What is fire doing? brewing or burning?
the time smiles, the air whistles
the trees dancing, the lights falling
Tea? I doubt, the fire is the king
rest all are queen. The Supreme laughs
laughs loudly we all are dependent
nothing independent,
the tea breathes lightly - it's we
the servant of Him, ready to serve
with value & without value!
