I love my body with all it's asymmetry.

I know I'm perfect the way I am.

There used to be a time,

When I was completely insecure

About my whole self

Without leaving an inch.

My hair, my face, my nose, my brows

My bosom, my belly, my hip, my bum

My knee, my ankle, my feet,

My fingers, my nails.

Never knew what hating actually was.

But came members ,

In the name of family, relatives, friends

Who now I understood

Was lacking educated mind.

Education was for them

Just certificates and trophies.

Never knew the worth of life I guess.

I swear I'm not even blaming or mocking

But, just think

Who else can destroy

A tender heart of a child

And molding them into

A human being lacking self esteem,

Who is afraid of being best,

Who is shy to face public

Fearing how would others perceive them.



I'm happy that I'm not same like them,

God gave me realisation of truth

At a very young age,

So I'm not the same grown up

Adult like them.

I walk in the light of Compassion and Love.

Cause I know,

How it feels to be excluded

While making you believe

You belong to them.



May be the whole world

Might be like them only.

But, still I embrace the divine me

Whom I shall never give up

For anyone in this world,

Cause I love me for who I am.



I live rest of my life this way.

I learnt it the hard way that

A harmonious life is

All about understanding

And not adjusting.

Extra effort will never be needed,

If we really need someone

To be with us.

We just simply respect

Their life and space.

And only the one who

Know their worth alone

Can respect other's life

And love unconditionally.

I'm happy that I

Became the one

Who know the

Blissfulness of life.
