At breakfast table, business calls were coming ... hello am on my way ... hello I will be with you shortly .... hello yes book an appointment with the commissioner and tell me the time. In another minutes, his phone rang .... yes I will soon be there to sign the contract deal. Not long another call .... hello, sir the flight will take off in about 30 minutes.
Mr Bob jumped from the breakfast table ... honey am on my way. Daddy buy us gift when coming said the children. Okay darling i will replied Mr Bob. He kissed his wife and hug the children and say bye.
Mr Bob left with full expectations of signing and sealing up the contract deal and bringing the children their gifts.
An hour later, breaking news on the TV and Radio .... we are sorry for the tragic event, flight 124 that took off with 45 passengers had just crashed, all the passengers lost their lives. Mrs Bob freezed on the chair, next was a scream and next words ... I am finished.
With Mr Bob human efforts, he made everything available for the family comfort but never knew that was his last breakfast, hug and kiss to his family. What a lost
Do you know we are all running round the clock trying accumulate and gather wealth which we will loose some day ? think of Mr Bob, he has money, connection, business empire and affluence. He never signed and seal the contract deal, he never made it to the appointment with the commissioner, he never brought home the gifts he promised the children.
What's happening ? why then are we all running after what we cannot take home said Mrs Bob.
