Desolate Heart
In my dilapidated and desolate heart,
No warmth is left to spread around.
Life has become way too harsh,
To carry a smile on my face all around.

Fountain of desires have dried up fast,
Filled with nothing I carry my heart around.
Under the watchful eyes of billions of star,
My existence is futile among the people around.

Wish I could behold the beauty of life in my heart,
Which was serene once is now full of scars.
In my dilapidated and desolate heart,
Reflections of my past have already drowned.
